    Tip

Pressing down in the middle of the burger with your thumb to create a little indent in the burger will help it cook evenly.

Cheddar Sliders (makes four mini sliders)

    INGREDIENTS

    • 4 mini slider buns
    • 1-2 tablespoons Canola oil (for pan frying burgers)
    • 1/4 pound of ground sirloin
    • 1/4 pound of ground beef
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
    • 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese cubes
    • 2 slices of cheddar cheese (cut into four slices)
    • 4 small slices of Roma tomato
    • 4 small pieces of romaine lettuce
    • Ketchup
    • Mustard

    DIRECTIONS

Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat. If you prefer to cook your burgers on the stove top, heat 1-2 tablespoons of canola oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat.

In a medium bowl, combine ground sirloin, ground beef, salt, pepper, and cheddar cheese cubes with your fingers and form four small patties.

When the grill or frying pan is set, add the sliders and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.

To assemble the slider, add the burger to the bottom of the bun and top with a slice of cheese, tomato, lettuce, ketchup and mustard.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1/4 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
    • Sprinkles

    DIRECTIONS
