  • MISSION SPACE

Today our taste buds will be traveling to infinity and beyond with these yummy recipes I’ve created for you. Up first, are hot rockets, which will take us to the milky way to see the colorful galaxy strawberries. I hope you have a great time in the kitchen!

  • KIND HEART

Isn’t it crazy to think that most of the food we eat comes from the plants, trees and animals on our planet? I don’t know about you, but I love figuring out what countries or states my food has come from. This month, I created a healthy yogurt bowl filled with delicious fruit and honey. I’d encourage you to make fruit art with your bowl. Whether it’s creating the world out of blueberries or kiwis (like I did), or creating a rainbow heart full of the fruits you love most, I hope you have a great time in the kitchen!

  • STAND TALL

The best thing you can be in life is YOU and it’s always fun to enjoy activities you love, like Gerald the giraffe does in the book you’ll be reading. This month’s meal is an ode to good old Gerald and the way he fearlessly continues to himself and dance to his own beat.

  • WINTER WONDERLAND

This time of year brings so many fun activities and if you’re from a place that gets a lot of snow in the winter, you’re bound to have a great time playing outside! I hope my Frosty’s french toast and winter wonderland mix get you excited about all the magic that snow can bring!

  • GIVE THANKS

Halloween is all about the treats, and I’ve put together some BOO-tiful foods to get you in the spirit! The first is a pumpkin cheeseball that you can enjoy with veggies, crackers, and other fun snacks. My daughter and I had a lot of fun making this recipe together. It’s easy and delicious. I also included my recipe for spooktacular chocolate-covered Oreos. These cute little monsters are the perfect treat to enjoy at home or share with friends.

  • COMMON BONDS

The minestrone soup I’ve prepared for you includes several foods that, similar to the people of this world, are different colors, shapes and sizes. Each one is unique and adds its own touch of flavor to the soup, just as each person on this earth contributes in some way to the world. In addition, I’ve included a recipe for a friendship snack mix. This is a great mix for your kids to deliver to friends and neighbors old and new, helping them continue to cultivate bonds with others. Happy eating!

  • UNDER THE SEA

There are so many incredible creatures that live in the ocean, including seahorses, like the one you’ll read about in your book. Do you think seahorses like mac n’ cheese? What about blue punch? I’d sure like to think so! Hope you enjoy these Under the Sea bites I prepared for you
