  • Mini Fish Pizzas

    broken image

    INGREDIENTS

    • Store-bought pizza crust (GF option: GF pizza crust)
    • 1/2 – 1 cup of red pizza sauce
    • 1/2 – 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (vegan option: vegan shredded mozzarella cheese)
    • Desired pizza toppings (sausage, pepperoni, olives, peppers, mushrooms, artichokes, etc.)
    • Green pepper, sliced

    DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven according to the directions on the pizza crust packaging.

Using a circular cookie cutter (or the top of a glass and a knife), cut multiple circles out of the pizza crust. Top with sauce, cheese and desired toppings to make each mini pizza look like a fish. I recommend using olives as the eyes, pepperoni slices, sausage or mushrooms as the scales and pieces of an artichoke for the tail.

Bake the mini pizzas according to the packaging (usually 8-12 minutes). Plate the pizzas and place green pepper slices below to make them look like waves
